As a first step, the Group acknowledges the importance of
teaching the local children respect for nature, sound principles of preservation, and environmental accountability.
To meet this goal we conducted a variety of environmental classes, workshops and field projects for young people
ages 7 to 17. These classes are taught by University students from South and Central America.
The Group has also conducted numerous community and wild land clean-up campaigns and other outreach programs geared to improve the public health and welfare. |
