Marine Turtle Visitor Information

Basic information:

• COVID-19 safety dictates we ask visitors please remain outside the gate.
• Turtle nesting season is from July to December. We are not incubating or releasing baby turtle "hatchlings" from the nursery at this time.
• If you see hatchlings on the beach, please call us immediately at +52 311-258-4100 or email [email protected]. You may shield hatchlings from birds and other animals until they reach the waves.
• Light disorients turtles at night. Do not use flashlights or take flash photos of turtles on the beach.
